Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj was a divine spiritual master, Vedic scholar, and the fifth original Jagadguru in Indian history. Born in 1922 in Mangarh, Uttar Pradesh, he mastered all Vedic scriptures at a young age. In 1957, he was honored as Jagadguru by the Kashi Vidvat Parishat for his unmatched scriptural knowledge and spiritual wisdom. His teachings focused on selfless devotion to Radha Krishna through roop-dhyan, sankirtan, and divine love. He founded Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat and established grand temples like Prem Mandir and Bhakti Mandir. His life continues to inspire millions on the path of devotion and eternal bliss.

Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj was a divine spiritual luminary, world-renowned philosopher, and the fifth original Jagadguru in Indian history. Born on October 5, 1922, in Mangarh, Uttar Pradesh, he exhibited extraordinary spiritual wisdom and Vedic knowledge from a young age. By the age of 16, he had mastered the Vedas, Upanishads, and six schools of Indian philosophy.
In 1957, the prestigious Kashi Vidvat Parishat, a council of 500 top scholars, conferred upon him the rare and historic title of Jagadguru—a title previously held by only four others in Indian spiritual history. He became known as Jagadguruuttam, the supreme among Jagadgurus, for his ability to simplify the deepest Vedic truths and make divine knowledge accessible to all.
His teachings centered on Bhakti Yoga, emphasizing roop-dhyan (loving meditation), sankirtan (chanting God’s names), and divine love for Radha Krishna. Through Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, he established grand temples like Prem Mandir, Bhakti Mandir, and Kirti Mandir, and launched numerous charitable initiatives in education, healthcare, and food distribution.
Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj left his mortal body in 2013, but his divine presence, teachings, and love continue to transform countless lives around the world.
